Owen writes BBFly's step-by-step guides for services such as Netflix and Crunchyroll, walking through setup, download settings and output options, and he also picks out anime and series worth watching on those services. His guides appear in every language edition of BBFly, and he performs every step on Windows, macOS and mobile first. He insists on doing each step himself, including the one that looks too obvious to write down, because that is usually the one readers get stuck on.
