Our software offers you a free trial period. We recommend that you only purchase the software after you have tried it and are satisfied with it.
If you are looking for a refund for your software, we have our refund policy. As long as it is within the refundable period of a subscription or a lifetime product, you may contact customer service for a refund.
However, if the subscription period exceeds 7 days, and the lifetime purchase period exceeds 14 days, we can only cancel your subscription instead of a refund.

BBFly offers a subscription plan on a monthly or yearly basis, so if you are not satisfied with the service, you can cancel or pause the subscription plan at any time. The cost of that month would be deducted. However, from the next month, we won't charge the subscription fee.

Part 1: Unaccepted Cases: Refund Requests or Product Exchanges Will not be Excepted
× You changed your mind about a product/subscription.
× Did not read the product description before purchasing and thus resulting in dissatisfaction with the product's functions/compatibility.
× You purchased the "wrong" product, and you purchased the "right" product from other companies.
× You purchased an incorrect product, but didn't ask for an exchange before the money-back guarantee date.
× You request a refund due to the price difference between different regions or different vendors.
× Did not receive the registration code but never asked our support team for help before requesting a refund.
× You requested a refund, but the order (including the renewal order) has already exceeded the money-back guarantee date.
× You encountered terminal technical problems when using our products, but refuse to provide any information or cooperate with our support team for further troubleshooting.

× You failed to recognize that a BBFly licensed account has a quota of 50 downloads per day from each supported streaming service, resulting in your displeasure with our product.
Part 2: Accepted Cases: Refund Requests Will be Accepted in These Cases:
√ You accidentally purchased the same product which you already had, the duplicated one can be refunded.
√ You purchase the wrong product, and then purchase the right one within the refund period, the wrong order can be refunded.
√ You canceled the "Auto-Renew" service before the renewal date, but you're still charged.
√ Software purchased has technical problems, and no solution has been provided within 30 days.
Part 3: Important Notices:
BBFly offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on the one-month and the one-year subscription of all products, and 14-day on the lifetime plan. Your money-back guarantee starts from the moment your payment has been made.
Automatic Renewal is enabled by default. But no worries, the service is optional and can be disabled at any time. You can contact us by emailing [email protected], we will help you cancel the subscription timely.
The Mac version is different from the Windows version. No exchange will be allowed after exceeding the money-back guarantee period.
Your refund will be processed within 1 to 7 business days according to different payment methods.
Once a refund is issued, the corresponding license will be deactivated. Please uninstall the software and remove it from your computer.
