We offer a free trial version for our software and highly recommend that you download and test it to verify its functionality and compatibility with your devices before purchasing a premium license.

1. Money-Back Guarantee Timeframes

If you encounter issues with our software that cannot be resolved, we offer a money-back guarantee based on the type of subscription you purchased. The guarantee period begins from the exact moment your payment is successfully processed:

  • 1-Month and 1-Year Subscriptions: 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
  • Lifetime Plans: 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Please note: BBFly licenses for Mac and Windows are separate products. Exchanges between platforms are not permitted after the applicable money-back guarantee period has expired.

2. Accepted Circumstances for Refunds

We will gladly process your refund request within the applicable guarantee period under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the exact same product/subscription twice. We will refund the duplicate order.
  • Wrong Product Purchased: You purchased the incorrect product and subsequently bought the correct BBFly product within the refund period. We will refund the incorrect order.
  • Improper Auto-Renewal: You successfully canceled your "Auto-Renew" subscription prior to the renewal billing date, but your account was still incorrectly charged.
  • Unresolvable Technical Issues: You experienced persistent technical problems with our software, cooperated with our support team to provide necessary diagnostic information, and our team was unable to provide a fix or workaround within the guarantee timeframe.

3. Unaccepted Circumstances for Refunds

To prevent abuse of our services, refund requests or product exchanges will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: You simply changed your mind about the product or subscription after purchase.
  • Failure to Read Descriptions: You did not read the product descriptions or system requirements before purchasing, resulting in dissatisfaction with the software's core functions or compatibility.
  • Expired Guarantee: Your refund request is submitted after the 7-day or 14-day money-back guarantee period has already passed.
  • Purchased from Competitors: You purchased an incorrect product from us and then bought the "right" product from another company.
  • Price Differences: You are requesting a refund due to price differences between different regions, promotional campaigns, or third-party vendors.
  • Missing Registration Code: You did not receive your registration code but failed to contact our support team for assistance before requesting a refund.
  • Refusal to Cooperate: You encountered technical problems but refused to provide necessary details (such as error logs) or refused to cooperate with our support team for troubleshooting.
  • Download Quotas: You are dissatisfied because you were unaware of our standard anti-abuse quotas (e.g., the limit of 50 downloads per day per supported streaming service), which are clearly stated on our website.

4. Cancellation Policy

BBFly Downloader offers subscription plans on a recurring basis. Automatic renewal is enabled by default to ensure uninterrupted service, but it is entirely optional.

You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription outside of the initial refund window, you will not receive a prorated refund for the current billing cycle. However, your premium access will remain active until the end of your current paid month or year, and you will not be charged any subsequent renewal fees.

5. Refund Processing & Important Notices

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 1 to 7 business days, depending on your payment method and banking institution.
  • License Deactivation: Once a refund is issued, the corresponding license key will be immediately deactivated. You must uninstall the software and remove it from your computer.
