If you are looking for a refund for your software, we have our refund policy. As long as it is within the 14 days (2 weeks) of your subscription, which should be in the first month, we can offer you a refund.
Suppose you are dissatisfied with our features or the functions are not working correctly within 14 days of purchase in the first subscription month. In that case, you may contact customer service for a refund.
However, if the subscription period exceeds 14 days, we can only cancel your subscription instead of a refund.
BBFly offers a subscription plan on a monthly or yearly basis, so if you are not satisfied with the service, you can cancel or pause the subscription plan at any time. The cost of that month would be deducted. However, from the next month, we won't charge the subscription fee.
