TELASA prohibits downloading videos to a computer.

The devices that can download are Android phones, Android tablets, iPhones, iPads, and iPadmini.

In other words, you can only download to TELASA's dedicated application.

TELASA: Only one device per account can be downloaded.

You can download to one device per account.

If you want to download to another device, you can delete all downloaded videos before downloading to another device.

TELASA: There is a limit to the number of downloads.

The maximum number of downloads that can be stored on the same device is 25.

Once the limit is reached, you will be able to delete the videos you have already downloaded and download new videos.

If you share an account with two devices, the total number of videos on both devices will be 25.

TELASA: Some videos cannot be downloaded.

Not all videos are available for download.

Some videos are not available for download due to rights issues. Such videos will not have a download icon.

TELASA: Downloaded videos have an expiration date

The expiration date of downloaded videos differs between unlimited videos and rental videos.

In the case of unlimited videos

You can watch the video until the earlier of the following

- Up to 48 hours after downloading is complete (up to 24 hours for some titles)

- Until the end of the distribution period of the work

Rental Movies

- Up to the rental period of the purchased title

TELASA: Downloaded videos cannot be saved to SD card

TELASA videos cannot be downloaded and saved to an SD card.

Please note that the only download destination is the device's internal storage, so if there is insufficient space, you will not be able to download the video.
